Anita Colony owes its very existence and warm heart to our revered founder, Smt. Anita Sharma (grandmother to the colony's founding family). In 1964, when this entire region was quiet open land, she constructed the very first homestead.
Driven by a deep vision of community and care, she welcomed families from all backgrounds, allocating plots and providing every resident a safe, peaceful place to live. Her spirit of generosity, unity, and environmental stewardship remains the guiding beacon for Anita Colony to this day.
Our Growth & Future Vision
From a single homestead in 1964, Anita Colony has grown into a premier residential township spanning over 200 modern residences, lush green avenues, solar power initiatives, and state-of-the-art sports and recreational facilities.
Managing Committee Charter
